Fear.. it seems to be gripping a lot of people right now.
Fear is a physical, mental and/or emotional restraint that holds us back from what we long for in life.We can get to the heart of it by asking, what is it we fear the most? Is it attack? Humiliation? Ostracism? Loss of love? Our own anger? Authority? Being seen for our faults?
Even then, we can distill it further by asking "And what if..(I lose love, am humiliated, etc.)? "And then what?" Take the fear to it's natural conclusion and willingly submerge in the feeling of fear surrounding it. Feel it until it pops open.
Can we accept this conclusion as it is from the broader context of the loving heart? Find and feel The Acceptance and Compassion for yourself in your "worst fear". This is true safety in life and freedom from it's restraints.
